In a large bowl, toss shrimp with garlic, lemon peel, thyme, oregano, and 1/4 tsp pepper.
In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over high heat. Add sauce and remaining 1/4 tsp pepper. Bring to a boil. Stir in shrimp. Reduce heat to medium. Simmer, stirring often, until shrimp turn pink, 4-5 mins. Stir in parsley.
Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
Pour sauce over hot spaghetti and sprinkle with Parmesan.
