Let dough stand at room temp for 15 minutes
combine dough and flour in large bowl kneed until well bleded. divide dough into 24 sections.

|
shape each into 6 inch long rope.
place ropes on prepared (greased) cookie sheet
shape like hockey stick! FREEZE 10 MIUTES
|

|
|
Preheat oven to 350 bake 8-10 minutes until lightly browned.
While cookie is still warm place one mint on bottom part of each cookie as PUCK,

|
|
Decorate with icing as desired.
