Beat eggs. Add sugar, salt, nutmeg, and vanilla. Add to the scalding milk. Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Then, at 350 for 10-15 minutes. Or can be baked at 425 for 25-30 minutes.
