     Ranch Potato Casserole

Ingredients
6 to 8 red potatoes
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup ranch-style dressing
1/4 cups bacon bits
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Topping
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar
2 cups crushed corn flakes
 
1/4 cups melted butter

Instructions
cook potatoes untill tender. Quarter, leaving skin on and set aside. Combine sourcream, dressing, becon and 1 cup cheese. Place potatoes in a greased 9x13 baking dish. Pour sour cream mixture over potatoes and gently toss. Top with 1/2 cup cheese; combine corn flakes and butter. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
Great with barbecue chicken or pork chops. This dish can be put together early and baked just before you're ready to eat.
