Ingredients
2 cans Fiesta Corn Dip
2 Fresh Jalapenos (diced, and don't rub your eyes after because OUCH)
1 cup shredded Parmesan
2 cups shredded Pepper Jack (between 2-4 Cups. I eyeball it so can't remember)
8oz Sour Cream
8oz Real Hellmans Mayonaise
 

Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Dump all the ingredients in a casserole dish and mix them together evenly. Bake for 25 minutes. Finish off at 400 degrees for about 10 more minutes or until edges are bubbling and the top is starting to brown.
SO EASY!
