Mix together graham crackers and melted butter. Press in bottom of 9x13-inch pan.
Whip together powdered sugar, eggs, vanilla and butter until light and fluffy. Spread over crumbs.
Cover Cream mixture with bananas. Cover bananas with pineapple, then whipped topping. Sprinkle cherries and chopped nuts on top. Refrigerate. Cut in squares.
