     Elise’s Chicken Soup

Ingredients
4 lbs. boneless/skinless chicken
2 cans chicken broth
3 Knorr's chicken bouillon cubes
water to cover chicken
2 large cans of petite diced tomatoes
1 small can crushed tomatoes
2 large bags frozen mixed vegetables
1 smaller bag butter beans
1 smaller bag corn
 
cubed potatoes (optional)
salt & pepper

Instructions
Boil chicken 1-1 1/2 hours. Take chicken out & cut into small chunks. Put chicken back in the pot and the remaining ingredients and simmer until done.
