     Southwest Chicken and Beans Soup

Ingredients
3 lbs.cubed chicken breast
3 cans chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 cans white or navy beans
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can mild green chilies, chopped
½ large sweet onion, diced
2 Tbls. chopped cilantro (fresh)
2 tsp. cumin
 
1 tsp. oregano
1 Tbls. chopped garlic
Olive oil

Instructions
Brown chicken in olive oil & 1 T chopped garlic. Add all remaining ingredients, simmer and enjoy.
