In a large skillet, heat olive oil until hot. Add garlic and anchovy fillets and saute briefly (until anchovies disolve and garlic browns-but not burns). Add olives and red peppers and saute for 2-3 minutes.
Add green beans, crushed red pepper and salt to taste. Continue to saute until green beans are hot and flavors blend (5 minutes or so) Serve hot.
