     Oatmeal Pie

Ingredients
2 eggs
2/3 cup melted butter
2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup white corn syrup
1 TBS brown sugar
2/3 cup oatmeal
1 tsp vanilla
1 - 9 inch unbaked pie shell
 
Instructions
Mix ingredients together in bowl and pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until firm.
Serving Suggestions
This is good while still warm and you may top it with vanilla ice cream or it may be served topped with pecans.
