Heat the pan to medium heat and melt the butter.
When the butter is melted add the lemon juice and
the minced garlic and stir. Once thoroughly mixed,
add black pepper (alot to taste).
Place the chicken breasts in the pan and coat
thoroughly with the butter sauce. Cook for about 3
mins and then turn over and cook again for three
mins. Can add another tbsp of lemon juice.
Keep turning the chicken and cooking until it is
thoroughly cooked. Add the olives once it is cooked,
and cook for about a minute, and then serve.
