     Peri Peri/Salty/BBQ Chicken Wings

Ingredients
20 Chicken Wings, cut at the joint (remove tips if you want)
1 Bottle Nandos Peri Peri Marinade
5 tbsp chilli soya sauce
3 tbsp garlic and ginger paste
 

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200. Cover a baking tray with foil. In a bowl pour in the marinade and add the soya sauce and the garlic and ginger paste and mix together. Taste and add any more of the two if you want.
Coat the chicken wings in the sauce and bake in the oven. After about 10 mins take them out, turn them over and pour the remaining sauce on them. Then put back into oven.
Cook for another 10 mins or until crispy on the outside, and thoroughly cooked on the inside and serve.
Serving Suggestions
Go well with nandos garlic peri peri sauce and some chips or coleslaw.
