Boil chicken breasts in seasoned water and skim top. When chicken is done, place on a plate to the side to cool.

cut, or tear tortillas into quarters. Lay some tortillas in a large baking pan.

Mix soups, onion, and 1/2 of broth. Dice cooled chicken and add to soup mixture.

|
Spread soup and meat mixture over tortillas. Sprinkle 1/4 cup cheese over that layer. Make another layer of tortillas, meat and soup and cheese. Layer until all is gone. Sprinkle remaining broth around edges. Top with cheese and bake in 350 degree oven for about 30-40 minutes.
