Ingredients
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp soda
1/3 cup baking cocoa
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup oil
2 tsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups water
 
Frosting
1 stick butter
3 cups powdered sugar
2/3 cups hershey cocoa
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
Mix dry ingredients in an ungreased 9x13 pan. Pour wet ingredients in and blend with a fork till completely mixed. Bake at 350 for forty minutes.
For frostin, melt butter, stir in cocoa. Alternately add powdered sugar and milk, beating on medium speed to spreading consistentcy. Add vanilla
Frost cake when cool
