     Spaghetti Carbonara

Ingredients
1 lb spaghetti
2 tablespoons salt
1/4 lb Bacon diced
4 cloves of Garlic, Minced
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 eggs lightly beaten
3/4 cup of Parmesan-Romano cheese
 
1/4 white wine (optional)

Instructions
Cook the bacon til almost crispy. At this point add the garlic and finish cooking.
Add the salt to a pot of water and bring to a boil. Then add the spaghetti and cook til al dente.
Add the cheese and wine to the eggs and lightly mix together.
When the pasta is done, drain and put the pasta back in to the pot or in to a big bowl and while still hot, add the egg/cheese/wine mixture. Stir the pasta and then add the bacon/garlic mix as well as the oregano, pepper and basil. Mix together and serve.
