Ingredients
4 oz cold cream cheese, cut into 4 pieces
1 stick cold unsalted butter, cut into 4 pieces
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp salt
Filling- heat jam any flavor
mix- 2 T sugar 1 tsp cinnamon
Glaze- 1 large egg, tsp water and 2 T sugar
 

Instructions
Put flour, salt in processor. Cut butter and cream cheese into 4 chunks pulse until large curds. Form 2 disks, chill 2 hrs or more Floured surface, roll into 11-12 inch circle. Spoon on thin gloss of jam and sprinkle with 1/2 cinnamon/sugar mix, scatter on nuts currants (opt) and chopped chocolate. Cover with wax paper and press gently. Cut into 16 wedges and roll from base into crescent shapes with points tucked under. Chill.
Chill at least 30 min. or freeze. (do not defrost) Glaze and Bake 350 on parchment 20-25 min. Can freeze formed and bake later.
