Put flour, salt in processor. Cut butter and cream cheese into 4 chunks pulse until large
curds. Form 2 disks, chill 2 hrs or more Floured surface, roll into 11-12 inch circle. Spoon
on thin gloss of jam and sprinkle with 1/2 cinnamon/sugar mix, scatter on nuts
currants (opt) and chopped chocolate. Cover with wax paper and press gently. Cut into 16
wedges and roll from base into crescent shapes with points tucked under. Chill.
