POur cereal into a large bowl and set aside. Combine chocolate pieces, peanut butter, and butter in microwave safe bowl.
Stir vanilla into chocolate mixture. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal, stirring until all pieces are evenly coated. Pour cereal mixture into a large Ziploc bag with the powdered sugar in it.
Shake well until all pieces are coated.
