heat the ghee or oil in a pan. Add the onion and cook until soft. Add the garlic, chillies, tumeric and curry leaves. Stril over medium heat for 1 minute.
Add the coconut milk and salt. Simmer uncovered, over low heat for 10 minutes. Add the prawns and gently stirl. Simmer for 12 minutes or unti prawns are tender. Serve sprinkled with curry leaves.
