     Sweet Potato Pineapple Bake

Ingredients
3 cups cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Dash salt
TOPPING-
1/4 cup sugar
 
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 eggs

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Pour into a lightly greased 9-in. square baking dish. Combine the topping ingredients; pour over potato mixture.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45-50 minutes or until a thermometer reads 160°. Refrigerate leftovers.
