Put Strawberries in pot with Sugar. Let dissolve over low heat. Boil for 4 minutes. Add Lemon Juice. Boil for 3-4 more minutes.

Crush Strawberries when down with patatoe masher.
|
|
|
|
Add 1 cup less Sugar if you want. May need to boil for 1-2 more minutes.
|
|
|
|
Add 1/2 cup milk to 1 cup pf purée to make a great smoothie.
