     Cream sauce

Ingredients
2 tbs butter
2 tbs flour
1-2 cloves of minced garlic
seasonings- salt, pepper, garlic salt, dried parsley, whatever kind you may like
Milk or Cream
 

Instructions
I usually make this sauce after searing meat. That way you use the flavor from the meat. Add the butter to melt on medium heat. Then if using gralic add that in with the butter.
Then add the seasonings to taste, then add the flour and cook it out for minute or two. Then add milk or cream, about 3/4 cups to a cup, I usually eyeball the milk or cream.
Stir until starts to buble and thicken, then turn down to a low simmer and add meat back in.
Serving Suggestions
I serve this sauce with pasta. Once pasta is done add to sauce or sauce and meat and stir for a about 3-5 mins. Shut the heat off and serve
