Cream butter, add sugar gradually. Cream until fluffy. Add beaten egg and vanilla. Beat well.

Blend dry ingredients into creamed mixture. Chill dough.

|
Roll dough thin. Cut with a cookie cutter. Place on cookie sheet. .
|
|
|
Bake for 6 minutes at 350. Cool completely. frost, sprinkle or decorate cookies.
