Submerge greens in water to remove dirt, drain, and
dry. Tear it all up into bite-sized pieces and toss
in a huge bowl.

|
Crumble the firm tofu over the top. Drizzle your
choice of oil over it all. Top with walnuts and/or
sesame sticks. Sprinkle salt over everything.
|
|
|
Tear off pieces of your flatbread or pita bread and
use it to grab a bunch of the mixed greens.
|
|
|
Eat it all, but don't forget to share. Feel fresh.
