     Sabzi

Ingredients
one bunch of fresh mint
one bunch of fresh cilantro
one bunch of fresh parsley
one bunch of fresh basil
firm tofu
olive oil or flax seed oil
walnuts and/or sesame sticks
salt
whole wheat flatbread or pita bread
 

Instructions
Submerge greens in water to remove dirt, drain, and dry. Tear it all up into bite-sized pieces and toss in a huge bowl.
Crumble the firm tofu over the top. Drizzle your choice of oil over it all. Top with walnuts and/or sesame sticks. Sprinkle salt over everything.
Tear off pieces of your flatbread or pita bread and use it to grab a bunch of the mixed greens.
Eat it all, but don't forget to share. Feel fresh.
