Ingredients
1 pound pork sausage
2 small boxes or 1 large bag stuffing bread cubes
1 cup diced onions
1 cup diced celery
2 small cans chicken broth
1 to 2 tsp dried sage and/or poultry seasoning
 

Instructions
Consider doubling the recipe - there is never enough stuffing!
Using a package of ground pork sausage or a tube, brown the sausage over medium heat; break it into small pieces.
Cut or chop onions and celery; add in celery leaves too.
Mix everything, adding the broth add the end.
Serving Suggestions
Either cook in the turkey or in a covered casserol dish at 350 for 1 hour.
