|
Brown the ground beef in large skillet or wok on medium heat.

|
Add peppers and tomatoes. Cover and simmer until softened.
|
|
|
Add other ingredients except cheese. Increase heat to high until simmering. Reduce heat to low and allow steam to evaporate, stirring occasionally until no liquid remains.
|
|
|
Add cheese. Stir until melted.
|
