Dissolve yeast in warm water. stir in sugar, salt,
egg, Shortening, and 2 cups Flour. Beat until smooth
stir in remaining flour until smooth. knead till
pliable , place in greased bowl , let rise till
doubled

Divide dough in half, roll each half int 12inch
circle.Brush with melted butter cut into 16 wedges.
starting from rounded edge to point, place rolls on
greased cookie sheet with point under, cover let
rise till doubled
