     Peppermint Fudge

Ingredients
4 Cups Sugar
10 oz evaporated milk
1 cup butter
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate
7 oz marshmallow creame
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
2/3 cup coarely broken candy cane
 

Instructions
Bring sugar, milk, and butter to a boil over med-high heat. Reduce to med heat and stir for 10 minutes.
add to that chocolate, marshmallow, and extract. Mix in until smooth and creamy.
Transfer to a buttered 13x9 pan. sprinkle candy cane on top.
refrigerate until firm, cut into 1 inch squares.
