1 c. Splenda

2 tsp. Cinnamon

3 tbs butterscotch FF/SF pudding mix

2tbs lemon juice

2 tsp vinilla
|

1 cup boiling water

Instructions |

|
Mix apples w/ sugar, cinnamon, salt and pudding mix. Put in crockpot, pour lemon juice and vinilla over apples. Add boiling water...stir
|

Cook on high for 2-3 hours
|

This is great mixed with cooked oatmeal for breakfast. Yummy!! Could also be used over ice cream or just eaten plain.
