Ingredients
2 Cups Sugar
2 Cups Light Corn Syrup
1/2 Cups Butter
2 Cups Heavy Cream
2 Tbsp. Vanilla
1 Cup Chopped Nuts (optional)
 

Instructions
Cook sugar, syrup, and butter to crack stage at 270.
Slowly add cream. Stir frequently.
When mixture is a hard ball when dropped in cold water, remove from heat. Add vanlla and nuts.
Pour into a 9 X 13 pan. When partly cool, cut in 1 inch squares and wrap in wax paper.
