Instructions |

Peel and boil potatoes. Cook until done. Drain and let cool. Cut up into bite size pieces.

Chop onion and celery to the desired amount.

Cook, peel, and chop eggs into potato mixture.
|

|
Mix dressing with the desired amount of each. Use a little sugar and vinegar compared to mayo. Add salt, pepper, and mustard to taste.
