Put dill in bottom of quart jar. Fill with washed cucumbers.

|
Add 1/4 tsp. Alum to jar. Add onion and garlic to taste. These are all optional.
|
|
|
Fill jars with hot liquid and seal.
|
|
|
Put jars in boiling bath and cover. Turn off burner and let sit overnight or until cool.
