Preheat oven to 325. Line baking sheets with foil. Grease and flour. Set aside.
In large mixing bowl, combine Eagle Brand and flavorings. Stir in cocnut. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto prepared baking sheets. Flatten slightly with back of spoon.
Bake 15-17 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven, immediately press in kisses in center of cookie. Remove from baking sheets, cool on wire racks. Store loosely coverd at room temperatue.
