     Never Fail Piecrust

Ingredients
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/3 cups shortening
Mix with pastry blender until crumbly, add-
1 egg lighly beaten
1 tablespoon vinegar
5 tablespoons cold water
Mix well, roll on floured surface.
 

Instructions
You can add more water if needed. This dough can be re-rolled without getting tough.
