Preheat oven to 425. Combine apple butter, pumpkin, sugar, salt and
spices. Stir in eggs. Gradually add milk and mix well.
Pour into pie shell. Bake for about 40 minutes or until set. A knife
in the middle will come out clean. I like to cook this at 400, the
crust can get a little dark. If it does, just put foil around the
edges.
We first tried this 12/05. Krystle doesn't like pumpkin pie but she
likes this recipe.
