     Egg, Sausage, Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients
1 pkg (20 oz) shredded hashbrowns
1/3 c butter (melted)
1 lb pork sausage
1 tsp beef boullon granules
1 c cottage cheese (4% fat)
3 eggs (lightly beaten)
4 slices American cheese (chopped)
 

Instructions
In a large bowl combine hashbrowns, butter and bouillon granules. Make into a crust in a greased pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins.
In a skillet cook sausage and drain excess fat. Mix sausage, eggs, cottage cheese and american cheese. pour into crust and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
