     Twice Baked Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
10 medium potatoes
1 pkg cream cheese
1 c sour cream
1/4 c milk
2 Tbsp butter (divided
1/2 Tbsp garlic (fresh from jar)
 

Instructions
Peel and boil potatoes. Mash; then add cream cheese, sour cream, milk, 1 Tbsp butter and garlic. Beat until smooth. Spoon into baking dish. Dot with remaining butter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Edges should get nice and crusty.
