Ingredients
egg roll wrappers, large square
1lb ground chicken/turkey
cabbage coleslaw mix
1 onion
1tsp chopped garlic
4Tbs oyster sauce
seasoning salt
black pepper (ground)
garlic powder
 

Instructions
Sautee onions and garlic in medium pan over medium-high heat. Add ground chicken/turkey to pan and cook until brown. Season to taste using seasoning salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Add oyster sauce. Mix package of cabbage coleslaw into cooked meat. Wilt coleslaw and remove from heat.
Dip a single eggroll wrapper into cold water. Place the wet wrapper on a plate diagonally. Add a spoonful of meat filling onto center of eggroll wrapper. Fold bottom corner of wrapper over filling. Fold in both sides. Roll eggroll from bottom to top.
Fry eggrolls in oil until golden-brown on each side. Drain on paper towel or rack.
