Ingredients
2 cups flour
1/3 cup white sugar
1 T baking powder
1 t salt
6 T cold butter cut in small pieces
1 cup heavy cream
 

Instructions
Place dry ingredients in food processor and blend lightly.
Add butter to dry ingredients by pulsing; after pulsing should be pea sized. Then add cream and pulse until dough starts to form ball.
Roll out gently on lightly floured surface to about 1 ½ inches thick. Cut into triangles or rounds. Place on baking sheet & brush with cream, then sprinkle with sugar (raw sugar if possible) Bake for 10 min in 350 degree oven. Dried fruit optional – gently stir in before rolling. Dried cherries & white chocolate chunks are great.
