Mix together cake mix, sour cream, oil, and sugar.
Add eggs one by one, beating well after each one.
Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and nuts together. Grease and flour bundt cake pan; sprinkle powdered sugar in bottom.
Pour half of the cake batter into the pan. Sprinkle nut and sugar mix over the batter, then add remaining batter.
Bake at 350 for 50 to 55 minutes. Cool in pan 25 minutes, then remove from pan. Let cake cool completely. Combine powdered sugar and milk and drizzle over the top.
