Two bags ham chunks or 4 cups chopped ham

6 to 8 baking potatoes

2 medium onions
|

2 cans mandarin organges, light syrup

1/4 cup dried chopped onions

1 to 2 sticks margerine
|

Salt and pepper

Instructions |
|
|
Melt margerine in pan on stove. Peel and slice potatoes, cut onions into largish pieces (quarter or half-dollar-size).

Sautee onions and potatoes over medium heat for 10 to 20 minutes. Open cans of mandarin oranges.
|
|
|
Put onions, potatoes, drippings from pan, mandarin oranges, dried and chopped onions in casserole dish. Add salt and pepper.
|
|
|
Cover and cook for 1 to 1 and 1/2 hour.
