     Hot Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
1/2 cup Coleman dry mustard
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 egg
1/4 cup sugar
pinch of salt
 

Instructions
Mix the mustard and vinegar together and put in the frig overnight. In the morning, beat the egg, add that and the salt and sugar and cook in a double boiler until hot and thick. Store in the refrigerator.
Use a good dry mustard, it makes a huge difference.
