Combine soy sauce, 1 tsp. sesame oil, garlic, ginger and 2 tsp. Tabasco. Mix well and add shrimp. In another bowl beat eggs with 1/4 tsp. salt, remaining 1 tsp. sesame oil and 1 tsp. Tabasco. Heat wok until hot; add 1 tbs oil and when hot add shrimp mixture. Stir fry 3-4 minutes or until shrimp are done. Remove from wok. Add another tbs. oil to wok and when hot add onion and stirfry for 1-2 minutes. Heat remaining 1 tbs. oil in wok; add egg mixture; stir fry until done. Add rice and stir fry 3-4 minutes. Add 3/4 tsp. salt and pepper and other ingredients. Cook another 2 minutes.
