     Re-Fried Eggs

  milk orange juice

Ingredients
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1 Tablespoon Butter/margrine/shortening
1/4 cup milk
2 cups peanut oil/ vegtable oil
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
 

Instructions
Pre-heat skillet at medium heat Pre-heat electric skillet on high heat with oil in electric skillet.
Fry egg in normal skillet
melt butter and mix with milk, flour and baking powder.
dip egg in batter and put in frier for 1 minute, flip for 1 minute.
Serving Suggestions
serve with bacon and hashbrowns.
