Crush graham crackers in blender; mix in 2
tablespoons sugar & melted butter. Press in bottom &
up sides (a bit) of 9 inch springform pan.
Mix together softened cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and
1 teaspoon vanilla; beat until smooth. Pour over
crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 50 minutes. Turn
off heat, open door, leave in oven for 45 minutes.
Mix together 1 teaspoon of vanilla, 2 tablespoons of
sugar, and sour cream, and pour over top of cooled
cake. Bake 5 minutes at 425 degrees.
Refrigerate. Remove only when thoroughly chilled.
