     Banana Bread

Ingredients
1/2 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. egg substitute
1 c. mashed bananas
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
 

Instructions
Cream margarine and sugar and slowly add egg substitute. Beat until smooth. Add bananas. Combine flour and baking soda and pour into banana mixture. Pour into 5 x 7 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until done.
Serving Suggestions
Makes 2 loaves of 10 slices each -- per slice- 120 calories; 1 g protein; 19g carbs; 5 g fat; 87 mg sodium; less than 1 g fiber
