     BRISKET

Ingredients
4-6 lb Beef Brisket
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 or 2 tsp onion salt
2 or 3 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp celery salt
1 bottle liquid smoke
 

Instructions
Cut excess fat from brisket. Place brisket in 9x12 pan & sprinkle liberaly with three salts and dash with worcestershire sauce and liquid smoke.
Seal with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake 225 for 6 to 8 hours. Let set 1 hour before serving
