     Confetti Scallops & Noodles

Ingredients
1/2 of a 1 pound package of egg noodles, prepared
1 c. water
2 tsp. instant chicken boullion granules
1/2 c. dry white wine
2 T. lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. dried dill weed
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
1 pound bay scallops
 
2 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. thinly sliced carrots
1/2 c. sliced green onions
3 c. torn fresh spinach leaves

Instructions
In large non-stick skillet, bring water and boullion to a boil. Reduce heat. Add remaining ingredients except spinach and noodles. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Add spinach; cook and stir 5 minutes longer.
Toss with hot cooked noodles. Serve immediately.
