Beategg whites and salt till foamy.

Beat the yolks till soft peaks
|
|
|
Beat the butter and sugar with a little milk till creamy. Add vanilla and spices. Add whites and yolks mix till creamy. Refridgerate or freeze.

|
|
Add one heaping TBS batter to hot water and spiced rum or brandy.
