     Rum Plum Duck

Ingredients
2 to 3 ducks (Mallards)
Salt
Pepper
Celery Salt
Bread
Apples
Oranges
16 can Cranberry Sauce
8 oz plum jelly
 
1/3 cup light rum
1 TBS. lemon Juice

Instructions
Salt & Pepper & celery salt insides of 2 or 3 ducks. Stuff with chuncks of bread, apples and oranges. Mix together- 1 16 oz can cranberry sauce, 8 oz plum jelly, 1/3 cup light rum, and 1 TBLS lemon juice. Pour over ducks. Roast uncovered at 375 degrees for 1 to 1hr 15 minutes. Should be medium to medium rare so exeriments with time and temperature.
