Ingredients
2 cups salt
1/2 cup liquid brown sugar
10 cups water
6 whole trout
 

Instructions
Brine 2 cups salt. 1/2 cup liquid brown sugar. 10 cups water. Brine 10-11 hrs
USe 3-4 pans of wood chips 6 whole trout- hang in smoker. Smoke 6-8 hrs. Did not get done. Bake in oven first.
